Choose the source
Use business photos, logos, menus, brochures, or videos that you have permission to use.
Software LoginYOUR CONTENT. YOUR CHOICE.
Photos in Google Drive. Menus in Dropbox. A logo on your computer. The goal is to use what you already have, without rebuilding your content library or handing over your passwords.

Select the files relevant to your marketing. The planned connections are intended to keep access limited to what the workflow needs.
Tell Global 360 which offer or event to promote. Relevant files become inputs for your posts, emails, and creative.
| Source | Intended experience | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Google Drive | Authorize access and choose business files | Planned integration; not connected |
| Dropbox | Authorize access to selected business content | Planned integration; not connected |
| Files on your device | Choose photos, logos, menus, PDFs, or videos | Selection preview only; storage not connected |
| Customer contacts | Import CSV or Excel with consent and suppression records | Import workflow planned |
File authorization options are documented by Google Drive and Dropbox. Those provider capabilities do not mean a Global 360 connector is live.
CONTROL STARTS WITH CLARITY
The planned connection flow asks for permission through the provider, rather than collecting your Google or Dropbox password.
You should be able to see what access is requested before deciding to connect. No connection is made by visiting this page.
The planned import flow uses copies for marketing, rather than moving or deleting your source files.
Business accounts, files, and contacts are intended to remain separated between customers. Production safeguards must be implemented and tested before real data is used.
Revoking provider access stops future authorized access. Deleting files already imported is a separate action governed by retention and deletion policies.
That is not the goal. The connector design should request the least access needed for the files you choose. Exact access depends on the final integration and will be shown before authorization.
The intended connection authorizes specific actions; it does not transfer account ownership. Final service terms will explain content handling and permissions.
No connected service can promise zero risk. Clear permissions, limited access, customer separation, and tested controls are requirements for the production system, not guarantees that this preview has already implemented them.
Not yet. This page explains the planned experience. No live account connection or file transfer is available in this preview.
